The personal qualities of a responsible citizen include the areas of honesty, integrity, and responsibility. At St. Anastasia Catholic School, we regulary encourage and instill these qualities in each one of our students through multiple programs and activities.
Virtue=Strength
The Virtue=Strength program is utilized in every classroom and compliments our religious education program. We strive for our students to be resiliant, prudent and compassionate. Therefore, through deliberate classroom activities and monthly Virtue of the Month Ceremonies, our students strengthen their practice of virtue while engaging in the beauty of our Catholic Faith.
Service Learning
Each grade level participates in a Service Learning Project that impacts a local charity. Students and teachers lead the activities to raise funding and prayers to support those in need. Organizations our students and faculty support include Catholic Charities Birthline/Lifeline, Treasure Coast Food Bank, St. Anastasia Homebound Parishioners
Care, Fr. Mark’s Mission School in Tanzania, Cross Catholic Outreach, Grace Packs - Peanut Butter Brigade, Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowls for Lent, and other groups as needed.
Student Government Association
Students in grade 4-8 are eligible to participate in Student Government. Student Government activities include participation in a General Election, organization of school events, assisting families on important days such as Veteran's Day, Open House and Catholic Schools Week, and leading our students in a positive way each and every day.
