Middle school is a time of great physical, emotional, social, and intellectual changes, and our middle school framework provides multiple levels of support and structure to foster growth in all areas. St. Anastasia Middle School students rotate classrooms throughout the day for the core subjects; Religion, Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Our rigorous curriculum offers three levels of mathematics and language arts; traditional, advanced and accelerated. A variety of technological tools and learning platforms are utilized to support different learning styles and to facilitate activities and assignment submission.
In addition to all core subject areas, all middle school students participate in physical education, band or choir and guidance classes and students may partake in other elective classes such as Art, Spanish, St. A Live, Leadership Class, Life Skills, and Technology courses.
Our Middle School team works hard to develop strong relationships between students, teachers, families and the broader community by participating in specific service learning projects each year. We give our middle school students the tools they need to learn independence while leaning on their faith and supportive adults for guidance.
